General Rules and Regulation

* Students are not allowed to wear ornaments, any hair fixers, dressers apart from the uniform prescribed for their use/ wear.

* No students should bring expensive item (jewelleries, electronic goods, etc), explosive and destructives or any weapons which are of no use to them, to the school.

* The rules and regulation of the school must be strictly adhered to by the students.

* Late comers, uniform defaulters and children who do not do Their homework regularly will be sent back home.

* Students have to pay a heavy fine if they cause damage to school property.

* The school takes every precaution to ensure the safety of the children; however the school will not be liable for any damages charges / lost on account of accident in school or while on excursion or other activities.

* The day-scholars who fail to do their home works, will be detained after school till they have complete their home works. The parents! guardians of such children will have to make their own arrangements to take them home only after 5:30 PM.

* The school may occasionally notify about any subject matter and in that case school seeks co-operation from dear parents! guardians so as to get the notice implemented effectively.

* Parents who have any complaints, suggestion or recommendation to make are free to meet the principal and discuss their complain or suggestions.

* The authority of the school’s management reserves the right to expel or suspend student for indecent behavior or gross misconduct.

Teaching Learning Process

* In general participatory teaching learning methods are emphasized and students are encouraged to learn on their own.

* The students are taught to integrate his / her thoughts, words and actions and to bring about an awareness of discipline duty and devotion by applying latest and proven teaching.

* Selected and specific teaching methods are also used for specific subjects.

Distinction
80% above

First division
65% to below 80%

Second division
55% to below 65%

Third division
40% to below 55%

Failed below
below 40%

Report Card

Report Cards are distributed at the end of each tests and exams. The marks for the final result are averaged as follow: First term exam-20% of marks. Mid term exam-20% of marks. Second term exam-20% of marks Third term exam-40% of marks

Criteria for Promotion

At least 90% attendance should be necessary for promotion.

The promotion of student is judged on the basis of students overall performance during the whole academic year.

The decision of school authority with regard to promotion shall be final.

Notes:

Students failing for the second time will be asked to withdraw themselves from the school.

It is compulsory for all the students to appear for all tests and examinations.

If a student is absent for any of the tests or examination, he/ she will be indicated absent for it and no re-test or exam will be taken, whatever the reason for the absence.
